The Space Coast Economic Development Commission (SEDC) serves as the point of contact to help your company understand and access all applicable benefits of the North Brevard area, including Florida state and local incentives. 

The SEDC works closely with our economic development partners and various local jurisdictions in the North Brevard region.  Working on a confidential basis, we will assist you with the preparation of the incentive application forms and submittal process. 

Incentives are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with industry type, quality of wages, capital investment and location of the project being some significant factors.
